On the weekend you'll find her listening to podcasts or in the surf – rain or shine!

A recent graduate from Monash University, Emi brings hands-on marketing and research experience to the team. She completed a market research project in Asia during her studies, gaining practical experience in consumer insights and cross-cultural research.
Emi has also worked as a marketing assistant for a packaging distributor and runs her own jewellery business, allowing her to appreciate a full spectrum of marketing tools and techniques.
On the weekend you will find her snowboarding (when there’s snow!) or silversmithing shiny things!

While completely unqualified for his current position, Digby is an integral member of the Starburst Insights team, providing support, welcome distraction and comic relief while also helping team members learn virtues such as patience and temperance.
Digby is highly motivated by treats and shows a keen interest in leaves.
On the weekend he eats, plays, loves.
